100 workout - changed it a tiny bit ..

- 100 jumping jacks

- 90 situps

- 80 squats

- 70 leg lifts

- 60 aerobic steps

- 50 crunches (with 2kg ball)

- 40 squats (with 2kg ball)

- 30 lunges

- 20 jumping jacks

- treadmill, ten mins

all this, for the whole month, plus clean food :’)

1. 5 min belly fat destroyer
2. Pop pilates legs
3. Pop pilates runner’s calves
4. 100 workout ( i cheated a little, ops )

~ from today i will post my everyday workout routine YAAAAY! anyways today i didn’t want to workout because i was so tired and i have so much to study but then i was like FUCK IT. And now i feel so much better:3
